Cloudflare acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with us. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website (nDSG Art. 31).

5. International data transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network, and data may be processed in Switzerland, the EU/EEA, the United States, or other countries where Cloudflare maintains infrastructure. Transfers outside Switzerland are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which Switzerland recognises as adequate safeguards.
