2. Scope
This is a static informational website. We do not operate contact forms, user accounts, or newsletters, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
3. Data processed
When you access this website, your browser transmits technical connection data to deliver the page. This includes your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested URL and HTTP status code, the volume of data transferred, your browser type and version, operating system, user agent, and the referring URL if sent by your browser. We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data.
4. Processing, purpose, and legal basis
This website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the site, Cloudflare processes technical connection data on our behalf to deliver the website and to maintain its security, stability, and performance. Cloudflare acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with us. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website (nDSG Art. 31).
5. International data transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network, and data may be processed in Switzerland, the EU/EEA, the United States, or other countries where Cloudflare maintains infrastructure. Transfers outside Switzerland are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which Switzerland recognises as adequate safeguards.
6. Cookies
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. If Cloudflare's security features are active, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie (such as __cf_bm) solely to protect the site from automated abuse. This cookie cannot be opted out of without impairing site functionality.
7. Retention
We do not maintain visitor logs on our own systems. Cloudflare may retain technical logs for operational and security purposes in accordance with its own retention practices and your DPA configuration.
